Photographing the people behind a brand

Companies are often portrayed through coordinated images, spotless settings and teams smiling in unison. But behind every project there are different people, ways of working, relationships built over time and points of view that do not always coincide.

Team branding photography comes from the desire to tell this human dimension of work, going beyond standardized corporate images. It is not only about showing who works in an organization, but about conveying something of the way people inhabit it, collaborate and help shape it.

In my photography for companies and teams in Asti and the surrounding province, I observe workspaces, everyday gestures, spontaneous exchanges and the dynamics that characterize a professional setting. The photographs may include individual portraits, moments of collaboration, details of the environment and real working situations, without turning every scene into a constructed performance.

I believe that communicating a brand's values also means showing how they take shape in everyday relationships, without reducing people to roles or using diversity as a decorative element. Every team has its own identity, made of skills, differences and ways of being together.
